Working practice began from my student years, during that time I was able to work my way up from the Assistant Director for Commercial Affairs to the position of director, and then the owner of the company.

I created my own company, find the best areas and new directions of the company’s development. I engaged professionals, suppliers and loyal customers in Russia and the CIS. I developed and led the company into the market leader with a turnover of $ 7 million.

I conducted a market research, and found the best areas to work with. I found business partners and founds; I attracted prospective employees. I created, developed new business from zero to profitability. I controlled innovating, human resources, financial, operational and commercial activities of the company.

I created a new trend from the beginning, found a new area, investment, potential customers and suppliers. I organized marketing promotion of the company. I found the right staff, held their training and certification. I conducted the departments of supplies, logistics, foreign trade, sales and accounting. I also conducted financial, trade and other resources of the company.

2003. - 2005. - CJSC "Technochemistry", Russia - Head of Marketing and Sales

Main activity: wholesale and retail trade of industrial chemicals.

I conducted and coordinated the activities of the staff, distribute and managed financial and commodity flows. I organized and hosted a number of exhibitions, market research, and presentations. I attracted additional VIP customers and increased sales by 35%. I formed the marketing and pricing policy of the company; expanded the direction of the organization’s development and gave it the right to be a representative of a large chemical plant, organized a group to promote new products. I introduced a new detailed information database (CRM) for each client; developed and implemented job descriptions, personnel motivation system, planning and reporting managers. I created and implemented Sales Manual. I found the right staff, conducted its certification and training (conducted seminars and training). I conducted analysis and statistics of sales, receipts, shipments, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Planned monthly budget sales and marketing company, to manage and monitor their execution.
